Online Help Desk Portal

Our online help desk system allows licensed RiskWare clients to log issues and suggest enhancements.
The ticket is then routed to the most appropriate Client Services team member for action. All interactions are logged and can be tracked for both responsiveness and SLAs.

Client Account Reviews

To ensure our client's receive the best possible service, regular client reviews are conducted with our clients to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met as well as to gauge both our product performance and services provided.
