Melbourne – Pan Software, leading provider of Enterprise Risk Intelligence software RiskWare, is thrilled to welcome a new member to the Pan family - Connor Sonnen, Head of Customer Success.
Connor brings experience in customer success, technology implementation and process design, most recently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Nintex, helping customers implement and embed Nintex products across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this, she led a team implementing a process management tool across a government agency in New Zealand.
Connor joins Pan Software to lead the Customer Success team and drive a long term and scalable customer strategy. She will be a key member of the Management team, helping to foster a customer success framework and driving Pan's rapid growth and success in delivering innovative software solutions.
Of joining the team, Connor says, "I was nervous to start a new job during a lockdown and in a time that we are all transitioning into working from home and working from the office. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming; dropping work to answer questions and help me out. Just indicates the culture and environment Pan has created and I can’t wait to be part of it."
